Thank you for your interest in The Downtown Boardroom. We offer premium and convenient meeting, conference, event space and more for professionals, law firms, businesses, residents and visitors. Private lunch/dinner, corporate retreat, special event/occasion, holiday parties and more.  

We are conveniently located at the SE corner of Orange Ave. and S. 2nd St. in Historic Downtown Fort Pierce, Florida, on the second level of the Galleria of Pierce Harbor - a repurposed two-story bank building.


     We offer meeting space and more:

  • 12 person boardroom/meeting room
  • 10 person boardroom/meeting room
  • 6 person boardroom/meeting room
  • Unique Bank Vault Private Office: private day office available with desktop computer and all-in-one color printer/copier/scanner/fax.
  • Secure WiFi and Video-Conferencing available
  • Food & Beverage catering service available directly to your meeting space through the Rooster in the Garden on-site restaurant: Coffee Service, Full Lunch and Dinner, Wine List and Full Bar.  
  • Special event/occasion, private lunch/dinner, corporate retreat, holiday parties and more for 4-100+ guests available through the Rooster in the Garden on-site restaurant.

Special Offer : Rooms booked for a consecutive block of 8 hours will have a one-hour rate reduction applied, based on the applicable hourly rate for the room size booked.

How do I book a boardroom?

Can more than one room be booked at a time?

Yes, if they have availability. Many clients use the boardroom and the private office, or multiple boardrooms at once (client meetings, depositions, mediation, etc.)


Is video-conferencing available?

Yes, we currently offer video-conferencing capability in the 10 person boardroom.


Is a printer/copier/scanner available?

Yes, we offer an all-in-one color printer/copier/scanner/fax, along with a desktop computer, in our unique Bank Vault Private Office.


How do I book a private event/special occasion (lunch, dinner, cocktail party)?

All private event/special occasion and catering for meetings are coordinated with our on-site farm-to-table restaurant, Rooster in the Garden. We will personally assist you to coordinate all arrangements.


What type of payment is accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit and debit cards via our secure online payment portal. 


What is the cancellation policy?

A minimum 24 hour cancellation notice is requested, any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a one-hour cancellation fee equal to the applicable hourly rate for the room size booked.
